S. 70 -604 • The association is taxed on excess income from assessments at the end of the fiscal year, as well as income from sources other than assessments. • IRS permits the association to roll over net income from one year to the next, reducing the income tax liability. • The association membership must approve it prior to the end of the fiscal year. • The resolution you are asked to approve: Any excess of membership income over membership expenses for the year ended June 30, 2020, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided -by ARS 70 -604.

Parking Rules What if I have more vehicles than I can park in my garage and driveway ? • Contact the association office • Verify that you are parking the number of vehicles in your garage as designed • Verify you are parking the maximum number of vehicles in your driveway as possible • If these conditions are met the Board may offer a variance – specific circumstances will be considered.

Parking Patrol Changes in Enforcement • Onsite team will continue to enforce and respond to calls from residents • Oversii parking patrol for night patrol • Start date to be determined • Patrol all neighborhoods twice a month - random • Issue warning notices to all vehicles parked on the street.

Parking Patrol Changes in Enforcement • The association office will receive a complete list of vehicles parked on the street following each patrol including pictures of the vehicle and license plate • If you receive a notice for a vehicle that you believe is in error, please contact the number on the notice. If they are not able to assist you they will direct you to our office. • If you need to request a variance please email cmiller@ccmcnet. com; include detailed reasons for the request.
