KEMAMPUAN AKHIR YANG DIHARAPKAN • Memahami ICD 10 Chapter XIII ( sistem otot ) dengan presisi, benar dan tepat sesuai yang diderita pasien dan ditanggulangi di sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang terkait

GAMBARAN UMUM • Bab ini meliputi penyakit dan kondisi yang berkaitan dengan ruas tulang belakang (spine), persendian (joint)dan otot (muscle)serta jaringan ikat tubuh, disertai daftar kondisi deformitas yang didapat setelah dilahirkan (acquired after birth) • Exclusiondi bawah judul Bab ada 9, ( 8 di tingkat judul Bab lain, 1 di tingkat kode T 79. 6). • Rentang kategori penyakit dari M 00 –M 99. 79 dari 100 yang tersedia sudah teralokasi. • Ada 12 kode yang berasterisk. M 01*, M 03*, M 07*, M 09*, M 14*, M 36*, M 49*, M 63*, M 68*, M 73*, M 82*, M 90*

• Ada 15 blok utama, 4 di antaranya dibagi lagi menjadi blok yang lebih kecil. • M 00 -M 03 dimulai dengan Note yang menjelaskan pentingnya perbedaan antara causes (hubungan langsung atau tidak langsung) dari berbagai penyakit. Ini merupakan dasar klasifikasi yang diterap-kan untuk membagi blok Muskuloskeletal. Baca lebih lanjut Notedi halaman [629, 602] tabular list, ICD-10 Vol. 1. M 00 -M 03 membedakan hubungan langsung atau tidak langsung secara etiologis.

• Site Muskuloskeletal yang terlibat sakit ditandai dengan nomor tambahan pada kode yang terkait, ini adalah additional optional subclassification yang tertera dan dijelaskan dibawah permulaan Bab XIII. Ini untuk menunjuk-kan site tubuh yang terkena gangguan. • Digit ke 5 yang valid ditulis dalam kotak atau kurung [ ], terpisah dari masing kode yang memerlukan � Kegunaan kode optional ini diserahkan pada negara pengguna ICD, dan bukan bagian mandatory (diwajibkan) dari kode ICD-10 • Klasifikasi suplementer bagi kegunaan optional diberikan kepada kondisi berikut: M 23 Internal derangement of knee M 40 -M 54 Dorsopathies (kecuali M 50 -M 51) M 99 Biomechanical lesions NEC

• Ada 6 blok utama dalam Bab XIII ini, 4 di antaranya dipecah menjadi blok lebih kecil sehingga secara menyeluruh menjadi 15 blok • M 15 –M 19 Arthrosis. Istilah ini sinonim dengan osteoarthritis dan osetoarthrosis. • M 40 –M 54 Dorsopathies, memiliki subklasi-fikasi suplementary sekunder untuk menunjuk-kan site yang terkena sakit. Ini disediakan optional bagi semua kategori dalam blok ini, kecuali M 50 dan M 51.

• Infeksi Langsung dan Tidak Langsung [ 629; 602] • Infeksi langsung (direk) Ini muncul manakala organisme penyebab infeksi menyerang jaringan synovia dan antigen mikrobanya berhasil ditemukan di persendian. • Infeksi tidak langsung (indirek): Ini diberi kode apabila infeksi mikrobial pada tubuh ditemukan namun organisme atau antigennya tidak ada di persendian (reactive arthropathy), atau manakala ditemukan antigen mikrobialnya, namun organisme specifiknya tidak teridentifikasi

• Fraktur Patologis • Fraktur (patah tulang) yang timbul akibat cedera dikode dengan kode di Bab XIX, fraktur yang timbulnya spontan atau yang akibat trauma minor, berkaitan dengan suatu penyakit, diberi kode dari kode Bab XIII ini. -M 80 Osteoporosis with pathological fracture -M 84. 4 Pathological fracture NEC -M 90. 7 Fracture of bone in neoplastic disease

• Arthrosis dan Dorsopathy • Arthrosis: [G, arthron (sendi), -osis (kondisi)] 1. articulation, persendian; suatu sutura 2. proses degeneratif suatu persendian • Dorsopathy: gangguan pada tulang/sendi punggung (M 40 -M 54). Disertai subklasifikasi suplementari untuk menjelaskan lokasi ruas tulang pungung yang terkena. (tersedia digit ke 5 dari 0 – 9)

Enthesiopathy • Enthesis (G, enthetikos, a putting in). = pemasangan implant metal atau material inorganik lain untuk menggantikan jaringan yang hilang. • Enthetic = yang terkait dengan enthesis atau exogenous ( berasal dari luar) • Enthesiopathy = gangguan sakit akibat implant yang terpasang.

KEKHUSUSAN BAB XIII Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue (M 00 – M 99) Gangguan muskuloskeletal dan jaringan ikat yang tidak diperkenankan diberi code Bab XIII tertampung pada kelompok [561] Excl. : kondisi tertentu yang timbul pada periode perinatal (P 00 - P 96) penyakit infeksi dan parasitik tertentu (A 00 -B 99) sindroma kompartmen (T 79. 6)
