Flow of Debate General Debate >General Speaker’s List >There will be a General Speaker’s List during the General Debate. There will be Secondary Speaker’s List being set when the motions or amendments are discussed.

Flow of Debate Moderated Caucus >The main idea of a moderated caucus is to have a further discuss on specific sub-issues. The delegate who raises this motion has to describe the purpose and set the total time and each speaker’s time, the person will be automatically put on the secondary speaker’s list as well. This motion requires a simple majority to pass, and accepts one motion for extending this mod. Lastly, there is no yielding in the secondary speaker’s list.

Flow of Debate Un-moderated Caucus >The delegate who raises this motion has to describe the purpose and set the total time. This motion requires a simple majority to pass, and accepts one motion for extending this un-mod.

Flow of Debate Closure of Debate >This motion is used to end the debate on the hall. This motion need at least one delegate to seconded. This motion requires a two-third majority to pass. If this motion passes, the General Debate will be announced to close. Then the Draft Resolutions or amendments will move on to Voting Procedure immediately.
