6 Materials Ordering Reminders – The initial shipment of test materials includes extra copies

6 Materials Ordering Reminders – The initial shipment of test materials includes extra copies of certain high-demand materials, such as Tier A Online Writing Booklets, to ensure that additional orders will rarely be required. – Divisions received an overage of test materials with their initial shipment. These materials must be used before any orders for additional materials may be placed. – Test Administrators who need additional materials must consult with a DDOT to determine whether the district has the material on hand or whether an order for additional materials may be placed. – Orders for additional materials are placed by DDOTs only and these orders will be shipped directly to divisions. 2019 -2020 Title III Statewide Consortium Conference Department of Student Assessment, Accountability & ESEA Programs 6

Data Validation – Purpose • The Data Validation process is designed to identify student demographic, accommodation, and test result records that could potentially contain errors and provide the opportunity for corrective action before reporting results. • For example, if a District/School label was adhered to a booklet, but demographic information was not bubbled (or bubbled incorrectly), this information could be added or edited during Data Validation. 2019 -2020 Title III Statewide Consortium Conference Department of Student Assessment, Accountability & ESEA Programs 19
