Employee Satisfaction Survey n Background – University wide initiative – Only staff (regular, academic, and bargaining unit) hired before 6/1/2010 included (faculty have their own survey) – 85% response rate for university n 69% for SOM 1, 918 responses, (why lower than university? ) n 67% for Radiology, 87 responses n Thank you for taking the time!

Employee Satisfaction Survey n Comments – Complicated to respond-two supervisors, Radiology or SOM? – Faculty lack mgmt skills-staff should evaluate faculty! Some are rude: expect 24/7 availability – STAP funds and limitations – Training-lack of programs, some staff untrained, resulting in unequal workload
