Birmingham School Games - Athletics Let’s do the challenge together now! Challenge 3 Pasta Blasta! Click the picture to get information about the other challenges.

◦ 3. Pasta Blasta ◦ 1. You will need 6 sheets of paper with numbers 1 -6 written on the sheets. then spread them out in a fan shape. Put numbers 4, 5, 6 furthest away, then numbers 3 and 2 underneath and finally number 1. ◦ ◦ ◦ 2. Put a few handfuls of pasta or rice in 3 sandwich bags to use as bean bags and seal or use bean bags if you have them. 3. Mark out 3 steps from the number 1 sheet and put a chair down and sit on the chair or if it's more comfortable sit on the floor. 4. You have 5 attempts/beanbags to score points. 5. Add your points together (using the numbers on the sheets) and submit your results. 6. Remember to ensure each piece of paper is a beanbags length away from the other numbers and if any part of your beanbag lands on a piece of paper that still counts.

Thomas would also recommend … I would recommend Dragons at Crumbling Castle by Terry Pratchett because it is really funny and at times the stores are silly. It is a collection of 14 short stories. My favourite was Dok the Caveman which was about a caveman who invents things that weren’t meant to be invented in the stone age.

Maryam wanted to share … I would like to recommend the journal book: '' You are awesome" by the awesome author Matthew Syed. This journal book helps me to keep going on what I'am doing and tells me what I need to do to achieve my goals. It also tells (you) if you have a growth mindset or a fixed mindset. It has lots of quizzes to find out what person you are and it helps me to be a better and resilient
