Receipt of petitions through various modes • In Person • Through Post • By email (cmcell@tn. gov. in) • Online (www. cmcell. tn. gov. in) CM Cell Petitions includes petitions received by Hon’ble Chief Minister • At Camp Office • While on Tour • At Chief Minister’s Office.

 • Once the Petitions are received in Offline, they are numbered and Scanned.

• Once the Petitions are received in Offline, they are numbered and Scanned. • Then coded and categorized based on the grievance. For each grievance and category Sub categories have been created. • The petitions are then segregated and assigned to Department/District wise. • As Scanned copy of the petitions are sent, the officers concerned immediately get to know the details of the petitions assigned to them. • The Officers have to post the gist of action taken on the request of the petitioner online.
