To Root Out, Pull Down, Destroy, Throw Down, Build and Plant Jeremiah 1: 10
If you know Jesus as your Savior then God has already called you. The calling of God comes with our conversion. They are not separate events. THE CALLING OF GOD
Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; 9 Who hath saved us, and called [us] with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, 2 Timothy 1: 8 -9
The calling of God begins with simple obedience. Stop looking for future vision if you’re not willing to submit to the first set of instructions. THE CALLING OF GOD
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1: 8
And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. 10 See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant. Jeremiah 1: 10
What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who [can be] against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? [It is] God that justifieth. Romans 8: 31 -33
Who [is] he that condemneth? [It is] Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Romans 8: 34 -35
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Romans 8: 36 -37
To Root Out, To Pull Down To Destroy, To Throw Down To Build, To Plant JEREMIAH’S JOB
In the root we find life or death growing under the surface. KEY POINT #1

Bring it to the light. EXPOSE THE ROOT
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. John 12: 46
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1: 9
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. John 3: 19 -21
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now [are ye] light in the Lord: walk as children of light: . . . 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove [them]. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. 13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Ephesians 5: 8, 11 -13
For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. 8 Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; 9 [Yet] through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant. Job 14: 7 -9

The life that we have found in Christ first required his death. Likewise if we are to be found alive in Christ, we must also die. Our life (goals and agendas) must be destroyed so that HIS life will be lived in us. NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN
Rest in the all-powerful hands of God. Stop feeding the flesh. Get some accountability. Walk away from the temptation. SO WHAT CAN I DO?
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with [him], that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. Romans 6: 6
