Indisputable Facts: 1. Without NASA, Spaceports create few local jobs. 2. Georgia HAS 500+ Aerospace Companies proving Spaceports are not necessary for Aerospace jobs. 3. There are 4 times MORE launch slots than demand. 4. Spaceports require subsidies. 5. Spaceports do not increase family income. 6. Camden does not have a Partner for the “Public. Private Partnership. ” In fact, even Georgia is not a partner! 7. Spaceports like Camden’s cost >$100, 000. 8. Camden may borrow $5 -$20 mil and will still have no launch pad, control room, fuel storage or radar. 9. Camden has no financial plan. 31

Camden Officials Have No Plan Under the Georgia Open Records Act § 50. 18. 70 et seq. , I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records related to the [Spaceport Camden] Project including: • Fiscal Impact or Economic Study; • Property Development or Improvements Budget or estimates of costs; • Spaceport Construction Budget or estimates of costs; • Spaceport Operating Budget or estimates; • Sources of Financing for the costs of development of the Project; and, • Revenue sources and projections for the Project. Camden County: "There are no records responsive to your open records request. " 32
