DURING COVID-19 Ø CAMHS and MHST services have been working hard to continue to provide all services (individual, family and group support) remotely to young people and families. Face-to-face support has also been offered when this has been required and necessary. Ø The MHST has been focused on running online groups around experiences of anxiety and the challenges of transitions, in particular with the transition from primary to secondary schools. Ø For parents, the MHST have also offered workshops on self-care, routines, the relationship between the children and parents, and supporting child worries.
