PROGRAM POLICIES & PROCESSES Program Participation CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS • Hold all required, current & applicable state license documentation • Be in good standing with your distributor • Maintain high performing Rheem® annual product sales – Annual purchase minimums defined by distributor – At least 60% Rheem residential products make up annual purchases • Maintain high-performing customer service and satisfaction, as demonstrated by a 4 star online rating, with a minimum 30 customer review submission a year • Complete 10 collective hours (minimum) of Rheem authorized training courses as a business each year
