A short note about jssi Jagtar Singh & Sons Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. has over 15 years experience in the design and manufacturing of Hydraulic Cylinder for use in diverse industries like: Industrial OEMS, Mining, Marine, Material Handling and Earthmoving Equipments among others. Our capability to provide quality services from conception to finish product is the main strength of the company. The company is accredited with ISO 9001: 2008 TUV certification and located at Delhi having two technology workshops at Nangli Sakrawati, Najafgarh with corporate office at C 1/B, Mansarover Garden New Delhi. Existing plant is having limited capacity for the production of hydraulic cylinder upto 33000 nos. per annum. Productivity is not adequate as required and so our manufacturing cost is high resulting in less margin / profitability. Due to limitations of quality and lower productivity we are facing difficulty in increasing our market share of hydraulic cylinders. Over the years, the group has earned a good name in the market and its cylinders are preferred by OEMS for installing in their machines. The plant has the provision of an Automatic Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly line in tandem with a continues Vertical Hard Chrome Plating machine, which is the first of its kind in India. • This new plant will give us a uniform and sustainable quality of our products. • Automation will result in higher productivity and thus our manufacturing cost will be lower than others. • The main cost reduction: step taken in the new plant is installation of SRB (Skiving and Roller Burnishing Machine) in our manufacturing process for cylinder tubes. Earlier we procured SKB Tubes from others. Now we will perform this activity ourselves in house to get better production. • Technical Guidance under Experts : • A reputed consultant from Korea with excellent knowledge in the manufacture of Hydraulic Cylinders has been appointed for three years to impart practical training to our workforce comprising of technicians / engineers. • During his stay, he will establish high standard of work culture and achievement of quality of global standards, so that we can export our products to Europe, US and other foreign market also.
