INTRODUCTION STEELS: EMM ESS AIRCON have proven expertise in furnace / bright brazing of steel components (tubular & sheet metal) using Cu-filler alloys, and Brass / Cu components using Ag-filler alloys. We are pioneers in this specialized field, being the single source of many critical assemblies to OEs for over 15 - 20 years. We supply complete ready to assemble sub-assemblies. We have facility to manufacture input components like sheet metal and tube-parts. EMM ESS AIRCON provides expertise in Furnace (bright H 2–Cu) Brazing. This process involves brazing of two metallic surfaces, heating the parts in reducing atmosphere (H 2), without requiring any flux. The filler alloy is applied at brazing areas. The assembly is heated to the melting temperature of the filler alloy, the filler alloy flows to all joining points, including hidden surfaces. This process gives superior, clean, bright brazing, causing minimal distortion & residual stresses in the parts. It requires no post treatments like normalizing or cleaning.
