Selection Process + Steps for Selection: • • • Online Test to be held at Campus Group Discussion Shortlisted candidates would be called for Personal Interview -Technical Round and HR Round + Offer and On Boarding • Offered CTC on joining 1. 2 to 2. 4 LPA • 1 -4 months of probation on Campus to Corporate ( Technical/ Domain/ Behavioral)- No stipend • 5 -6 month, stipend will be paid to you Online Test • Technical & • Aptitude Group • Elimination Discussion round Personal Interview • Subject to selection + Employment/Salary: • • + Commitment of minimum 12 months from the date of joining. Salary will be revised on every 6 months as the company’s policy. First 4 months no stipend will be provided; 3 k to 5 k from 5 th to 6 th month of internship Payroll (10 -15 K) post getting permanent employment from company. Bond Conditions: Employment Service Agreement for a period of 1 year, once the candidate is hired by the company for permanent employment.
