Katrina Crawshaw: She demonstrate leadership, tenacity, attendance, performance and a determination to succeed. Trevor White, always demonstrating leadership in the class and his teams Rayanne Renooy, she always ahead of the class in readings, she never been late to classes, very respectful for everyone, and always pitching for help. Carla Charles. Carla has been a mother figure and a friend in class. She is a servant leader, quietly helping, organising, and championing the underdog in class. She is always present and never afraid to laugh at herself, ask the tough questions, and keep the class on topic. She has been an absolute hero.

Trevor White. Trevor is an exemplary role model of someone who leads with a soft undertone. His dedication to the course work and his overall development raises the bar for his immediate colleagues and the rest of the cohort when on display. Dan Barton, always there and shining David Dallen David showed real commitment to the program. He is doing it to further his career, and he really proved that he could grow as the program went along. I had a great time working with him during the case competition. I appreciated how he went from being a person in the military whose decisions are not questioned…to being questioned and challenged all the time. His attendance was almost perfect, and we knew that he would be there. Trevor White (definite leadership, focus, commitment to teams)

Chris Lai. Chris has been the tech coach of the cohort and a quiet hero in his own way. He is always kind, warm, friendly, and available to talk to or ask for help. He taught the class Economics, provided advice and assistance on all tech-related problems, and has never asked for anything in return. He is truly am amazing individual and deserves recognition. Yosief Tsegai, simply I wouldn't pass Managerial accounting and Finance courses without his free tutoring lessons. Amber Leno Consistently motivating, organizing and giving direction for the cohort Dan Whitefield. Has provided insight and critique, and offered help to many students throughout the year.

Yosief is also one of those strong individuals who sacrificed time away from his family to join this program. He is extremely skilled at accounting and finance and held MANY tutoring sessions before exams weeks. It is because of him that I will be graduating this year. I cannot express the impact he had by taking many hours to help me pass accounting. This is true for many people and I know he will receive many nominations for this award! Daniel Whitefield: For His depth knowledge of Business and his willingness to help others was very positive. James Rogers - "Jimmy" often acted as a sounding board for much of the cohort and was approachable, tactful, and frank all at the same time. Great man, great coach. Daniel Barton: Daniel has been a positive and hard-working individual all throughout this program. I think he is probably one of the hardest workers and he even had a baby with his wife over the duration of the program! Always a positive contribution to the class and always happy to provide assistance and motivation.

Amber Leno I love Amber. She was my biggest motivator in all our courses…. famous last words of Amber…. We got this! Curtis Wohlfeld - Accounting tutor extraordinaire! Jaryd Zinkewich. Jaryd being Jaryd is a great role model of what we should strive to achieve at the next stages of our career. His aloofness provides relief comedy while providing on point key business stratagems that would not normally be arisen. David Dallin. David is efficient and effective in preparation. For that, he was always one step ahead of the plan at hand had our team moving at a faster rate than most other teams. Chris Lai - key to keeping things together Yosef Tsegai. Dedicated his time to us in order to help us get through accounting and finance, all 3 quarters. He put in countless hours with us and asked nothing in return. Without his help, many of us would not have passed. I know for sure that I wouldn’t have passed without his assistance and motivation.

Chris Lai: Chris is a lovely and positive individual who is very tech-savvy. He is always there to lend a hand to any instructors/students having technical difficulties and I think he definitely deserves this award. Dave Dallin - Dave rose to the challenge of leading the RRUIUCC and did so with limited support in comparison to other competitions. This was the single largest project of the year and, for the most part, a thankless task. Carla Charles. . . No words for hard work!!!!! Brian Jette is a "Yes Man". He is always willing to be involved and help with everything he can. No matter the circumstances, he will follow through with all of his promises. I think he is maybe so helpful to a fault because he puts others before himself. He has a shy personality and might not be noticed by everyone, but it is amazing what his capabilities and has given great insight to his fellow students based on his background experience. David Dallin. Executed great leadership in the on campus case competition, has facilitated many groups development and taken leadership roles on several occasions. Perhaps it’s the military in him, but he undoubtedly strives to lead.

Olivia Kendall. If there were a definition for unsung hero, it would be Olivia. She is always working tirelessly to help someone other than herself. From Enactus to Austin and Chris Lai's marketing project in Toronto (into which she put over 20 hours of work on their visuals), all of her team projects that she would stay up working on all night if she felt it necessary, and others' projects as well. Olivia doesn't even need to be asked, she notices when people struggle and she immediately offers to help. She is the most selfless, generous, courageous, and strong women I know. I have had the privilege of being her roommate, so I am often privy to the sheer amount of effort she puts into everything she does, without ever asking or expecting anything in return (and often not receiving the thanks she deserves). I think this award is very deserved and it would make her so happy (embarrassed. . . but happy). Olivia. She is super dedicated to school, sometimes staying from early in the morning until late at night. She was able to carry her teams throughout the year in a very quiet and focused way. She has helped a lot of people in many different and creative ways without making it obvious, and this year just wouldn’t have been the same without her. Marnie. She is always a "glass half full" rock in the class. Always having your back when you needed it.

Rayanne Renooy, not very outspoken but always helping team members behind the scene Olivia Kendall, I have the pleasure to work with her in groups twice. Olivia shines her best in a group environment, and is consciously proactive at getting full involvement of all other team members to derive the best results possible Trevor White Trevor is a humble intelligentleman who does not easily take show off his knowledge. He’s provided support to me in many occasions. I have learnt and benefited greatly from his humility. To me, Trevor has led our cohort from behind. Carla Charles Carla has been a great inspiration to me. Her age carries with it a lot of wisdom. Her motherliness in our cohort is exceptional. I have benefitted from her leadership in many areas including during the RRUIUCC

Dan Barton. He is uniquely calm and positive and always points out the optimistic side of each obstacle. Katrina. She is committed to school, and she has been making an effort to get good grades in order to be able to continue on to her master’s degree and further education. She knows who she is and what she believes in. Breaking the glass ceiling is one of her ideals and she has the courage to stand up for it. I believe that this is great and helps move the community in a positive manner. Yosief Tsegai. Without a doubt, Yosief's coaching, humour, support, and patience in tutoring Accounting and Finance has been the most influential demonstration of selfless giving. He is humble, encouraging, friendly to everyone, and just an incredible individual. He is always happy and positive and has certainly overcome barriers to be where he is today. I don't think anyone could disagree that Yosief deserves recognition for his contribution to the class. Daniel Whitefield, whenever we have an assignment, he always brings his unique energy, optimism, passion, and brilliant ideas creativity for everyone. Carla Charles, left her family to move out here, a few more years than the majority or students, that takes courage!

James Rogers. He has overcome a great obstacle, and the challenge that is this program, while promoting sustainability and healthy activity in the local community. Chris Lawrence I feel like this award was made for Chris. He is courageous by nature and committed to the cohort. From the beginning of the year, and since he became cohort representative, he shows great concern for everyone's best interests and strives to make a difference. He truly has solved problems for the cohort to the best of his ability. On top of that, he really enjoys it! He is always smiling, laughing, and saying positive things to everyone. Along with all of the work he has done, he never lets any of his personal barriers hold him back. Olivia Kendall : She brings energy to class and she is always tried to create a positive atmosphere in Bcomers. Addition, I have a pre-village on working with here in Enactus activity. She is very approachable and divers personality. Carla Charles (perseverance, connected to the community)

Trevor White - Trevor's quiet demeanour, dedicated focus and positive attitude made working through difficult times in the year possible. His contribution to my learning experience not only brought on a great friendship but a more positive outlook on several negative aspect that I have taken as learning lessons and moved forward from. Carla Charles! A positive and motivating individual (especially to all the ladies in the class). Hard-working, experienced, positive, and realistic. Carla has always been there to listen and provide feedback and support. She encourages the ladies in the class to overcome any barriers we may face and praises women in business. Great all around person. Paul Galuak. I have a hard time between unsung hero and courageous…. . I mean seriously…Paul has overcome so many barriers to be here. His story is amazing and his strength and survival are an inspiration. He greets me with a hug every time I see him. Even though he didn’t pass managerial accounting he did it right away online. I’m proud of him for passing. Paul Gulak - Amazing man has been through unspeakable hardships to get here. Anyone else would be unthinkable for this award. Marnie Burnham. Marnie strives for greatness, and it shows whether in class or during free time. She is always searching for other outlets to better her argument, and her overall education.
