The care giver must document in the medical record

Each department has the same password - union 1 ls (the letter after the number 1 is a lowercase L). Customer Service also has a mobile unit you can sign out if needed. We encourage you to make a test call on a laptop or tablet. Please type "test" in the data fields and notify the interpreter that you are just testing. We do ask that you please limit test calls to under 2 minutes.

All healthcare workers and volunteers must be interdependent of each other and be supportive and cooperative. Staff meetings, huddles, multidisciplinary groups, employee forums and rounding all contribute to effective teamwork. To help meet our goals with regard to patient safety and quality of care, we all (staff/physicians/volunteers) must collaborate, communicate and work together.
