College Priorities 1. Raising achievement – improving the rate of attainment for groups of learners within the College e. g. gifted and talented students, middle boys, post-16. 2. Quality of learning and teaching in all key stages. 3. Quality of assessment and marking through Af. L and College Learning Plans. 4. Quality of monitoring via middle leaders.
