Meats & Poultry ◦ Includes meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs & nuts group ◦ Should be eaten 2 -3 servings a day
Milk & Cheese ◦ Includes milk, yogurt and cheese ◦ Should be eaten 2 -3 servings per day
