We found that businesses were reluctant to commit to advancing their workers. We need a better strategy to couple incumbent worker training with worker advancement. June 10, 2019 12

Finger Lakes Hired Initiative Summary Performance Highlight Be on the Lookout for Detailed Study Results We were one of four grantees across the country selected to participate in a random assignment evaluation study conducted by Abt Associates. We had 617 Monroe County participants in the study. The final report will be released in 2022. June 10, 2019 24
