Information Literacy- Snippets from the Lab It’s hard to know where to look for sources Sometimes I don’t know which article to go into… I don’t always find what I’m looking for- sometimes it’s easier to use an encyclopedia I still don’t know how to find the information

Student Snippets- Evaluating Information It’s very hard to determine the quality of the information I never thought about it (how to evaluate information). If it suits the purpose, I use it… I believe that information from the Internet is serious It takes a long time and I even then, not everything you find is of a high standard They warned me that information is not reliable but never taught me how to evaluate it…
In Conclusion Most of the students do not see the use of the Internet in as an integral part of their day to day lives. Therefore, the diffusion and assimilation of computer- mediated courses are of cardinal importance in creating an online culture at the college.
