Nightly Routine Every night your child will bring home their folder. In this folder will be behavior for day/month at a glance, pocket for money (lunch, snack, field trips. . please write a note indicating what the money is for) You will write any notes to me/other school officials and place inside the pocket. All homework is done in the notebook provided and placed in the folder. Please send back every day!

Homework and Newsletters • Homework will be merged with remote learning on remote days. Face to face days it should take less than 30 minutes • Newsletters: Will come home periodically to review material covered.

Video and Photo Release Form This form is to give the Teacher to photograph or video your child for educational purposes. NOT for Social networking.

Bus and Pickups For the first two weeks of school, your child must wear their tags that identify if they are bus riders or pickup. Any changes to pm routine must be accompanied by a note That states: Child’s name Teacher’s name Bus # Address No bus changes by phone or e-mail

Pick Up Procedure Pick-up will begin at 3: 00 in the pick- up line. Please be punctual but not early. ***Early Check outs and tardies may count against attendance *see OCS policy

Notes in regard to afternoons If there any bus/car changes, please send in a note for that day. You will have to register them if they will be a car rider online. Check-out should be made before 2: 30 pm

Morning Routine You may bring your child in the first 2 days to walk him/her through the morning routine at 9: 15 am 1 st Job- Check in with Mrs. Paga'n 2 nd Job- Find your cubby for book bag 3 rd Job- Make lunch choice 4 th Job- Find seat and begin morning work After the first 2 days, we ask that you drop your child off in the kiss and go line. I am providing a tag to put on their book bags that says help me find Mrs. Park room 207.

Breakfast If your child wishes to eat breakfast at school, please make sure they do so before checking in with us at 8: 20!

Tablets *Tablets will be issued to your child on their 1 st day of school unless you are otherwise notified. *B cohort will have activities to complete that you will access from my teacher webpage Heritage Elementary's website. *Fully Charged Tablets must come to school every day and be taken home every night.

Was your child absent? If your child was absent, please send in a note. After several days with no note, the school generates a not so pleasant note. This note is NOT from ME! To prevent yourself from receiving this note, please send in notes! ***Please note 20 absences may = retention

Afternoon Intent • Please inform me on how your child will be going home each day. Be sure to indicate the bus number if your child will be riding a bus or the name of the day care if they will be picked up by a day care or if you will pick them up.

Donations into the class are greatly accepted. Items that are constantly needed are: Magic Erasers (Mr. Clean) Baby Wipes Clorox and Lysol Wipes (to prevent sicknesses!!! TISSUES-please! Hand Sanitizer
