Swim Meet Expectations • Attend ALL Swim Meets • Attend ISL Championships • Wear TEAM ATTIRE

Swim Meets • • • Arrive at 7 am sharp Wear Team Uniform Check in upon arrival Write event numbers on arm Stretch & warm up Team Cheer Watch the numbered flip chart Report to the Ready Bench on time Check in with a coach as instructed

Practice May 31 st – August 5 th, Monday -Friday • Ages 5/6 & 7/8 3: 00 – 3: 45 pm • Ages 13 & Up 3: 45 – 5: 00 pm • Ages 9/10 & 11/12 5: 00 – 6: 00 pm

First Day of Practice Tuesday May 31 st • BE ON TIME! • • • Only Coaches and Swimmers on deck Meet at the pool on the LEFT, far end by bleachers Wear swim suit, goggles, sun screen and a cap Bring a towel Bring a positive attitude Be ready to learn & have FUN

2016 Meet Schedule • June 10: Practice Meet (Time Trials) 3 pm – 6 pm @ WAC • June 18: Meet #1 8 am Village Park Piranhas host HP Seals @ Village Park • June 25: 8 am HP Seals host North Irvine Knights @ WAC • July 2: No Meet Happy 4 th of July! • July 9: Meet #3 8 am Colony Red Hots host HP Seals @ Colony • July 16: Meet #4 8 am HP Seals host College Park Splash @ University High • July 23: Meet #5 8 am HP Seals host Oak Creek Orcas @ WAC • August 6: 8 am ISL Championships @ WAC

Volunteering for Meets • Sign in at the Beginning of the Meet & Put Your Nametag On • If you don’t show up for your volunteer job, your deposit check will be cashed. • The 2 nd time you do not show up, your child will be suspended from the team. • If your child is not going to be at a meet and you have signed up to volunteer it is YOUR responsibility to cover that shift, or trade it with another volunteer.
