Survey method l Volunteer Amputee Peer Support Visitors (VAPS) conduct the survey to amputees

Survey method l Volunteer Amputee Peer Support Visitors (VAPS) conduct the survey to amputees attending Prosthetic Clinic at PKH. l Data entry by Physiotherapist in Amputee Rehab. l Intended project is to compare surveys completed at a prescription Clinic, then a second after they have received the prescribed change. l To date, only the first phase results have been collected. Discussion for additions or corrections are welcome.
