Toll Cores § Students at Toll are grouped into “cores” of three to four

Toll Cores § Students at Toll are grouped into “cores” of three to four teachers who share the same group of students and teach English, Social Science, and Science. § Students are assigned to cores based on individual needs such as IEP related supports, ELD level, advanced classes and specific elective choices. Most students are randomly placed in cores.

Middle School Grades & Credits • All students start earning credits in 7 th

Middle School Grades & Credits • All students start earning credits in 7 th grade and must earn 100 credits by the end of 8 th grade. • Credits are earned by passing classes. Getting an F in any class equals zero credit. • Progress reports, quarter grades via Parent/Student Connect and semester report cards are mailed home.
