Licensing and Inspections Contact your entity’s Administrative Specialist for the following: If you receive license or permit renewals at store, please email directly to Boulder Office. Do not pay for them using store paid out! Email a copy of license renewal or license application notices to your admin if it is received directly from the government source. If you notice your business license/food permit is 2+ months expired. If you fail your inspections please email a copy of failed inspection document.

State and Federal Labor Law Posters New Stores: Lost/Damaged Posters: All state required posters (typically one state and one federal wage poster) will be mailed to your new store 2 weeks prior to opening. Your store will be billed for lost or damaged posters (Typically around $30. 00 each). Please contact your respective Administrative Specialist and they will issue you a new one within 10 Days. New Versions: Mailed out directly to store as they receive new updates. Please replace old version with new. See bottom right hand corner for version number (ex. V 2. 0).
