He spent a lot of time trying to perfect Apple products to make sure everything came out just right. n Jobs had a very strong personality and inspired people to believe in what he was trying to create n Jobs had a clear vision and instilled his sense of mission to his team. He laid out exactly what direction he wanted the company to go in. n He ultimately wanted to make a product for his consumers that was nothing anyone had ever seen before and he was more concerned with that then profits like other companies are.
