Basic information about the project ® Haahtela 2019 • Personal: Site Manager + 3 supervisors + 1 financial specaialist • 78 different contractors • Budget about 16 milj. € • 8 – floor building, 7080 m 2 and 30550 m 3 • Piles (275 pcs) 330 pcs • Element frame 2119 elements + 102 bathroom elements, 1 bathroom was buit on the site • Brik fasade about 2876 m 2 brik wall • 176 windows, 3 high aluminium windows • gymnastics hall on the 6. floor for max 227 persons, Doupe holocore slabs divided by sylomer rubbers which function as suspension against the sound • 103 student apartments, average size about 35 m 2 from 1 to 5 floors, 23 apartments/floor from 2 -5 floors • S 1 type air ride shelter (VSS) and storage rooms on the 1. floor
