Who we are • University: • • • Three campuses in the region (Akhaltsikhe and Akhalkalaki) About 1600 students Three cycled teaching Four faculties (with different departments) Students Self-government • Akhaltsikhe: • small town in the south • students are mainly from the region • many students go to the city to study in Tbilisi

Goals • Build civic society based on democratic ideas, openness and respect • Make students life more lively • Connect local community (former students/mainly teachers) and students for mutual benefits • Engage students in the city life

Stakeholders • • Students’ Self-government University administration Former students ( mainly teachers from school)

Activities • 1. Invite students for a open discussion • 2. Creation of story – story of the university • 3. Invite local people/former students(at first we will focus on teachers mainly) to the dialogue with the students • 4. Common public space for all stakeholders (library for school students) – the space should represent all stakeholders (e. g. people can place there things they familiarize with the university) • 5. Project – students’ voices
