History 26 th October 2006 SUNP was established by the decision of the government of Republic of Serbia. 26 th November 2007 Accredited by the Ministry of Science for scientific research. 12 th April 2008 The first integrated university in Serbia, accredited by the Ministry of Education. 10 departments and 55 study programmes have been accredited to award bachelors, masters and Ph. D degrees. 4 th May 2013 SUNP was re-accredited. 2

Projects SUNP has actively been involved in: WUS Austria support program 2007– 2010: Improving Quality, Knowledge & Skills for Economic Development, Master Studies Development Program (MSDP), Brain Gain Program+ (BGP+) Life Long Learning and e. Learning Program (LLL/e. LP). participated or coordinated at 15 international Tempus projects, some IPA and 20 projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of RS. 14
