Animation Tab ü Add appropriate animation to bullet list, titles, graphics, and much more in Power. Animation Painter ü Similar to Format Painter, ü Copies animation from object to another object, ü Select the object that you wish to copy and click the Animation Painter, ü Next, click the object that you wish to use the animation, ü Double click the Animation Painter to paste multiple objects, ü Press ESC key or click the Animation Painter button again to stop pasting. 404 -403 -5391 gregcreech. com/gregcreech. biz 9
Animation Tips ü Be consistent in your animation, ü Power. Point numbers your animated items when objects enter on click and a zero if the object comes in automatically, ü Use spinning animation sparingly, ü Some animations are only designed for text, ü Know the flow and order of your animated objects, ü Animate the title slide without clicks and using the With previous and After previous items; this allows you to concentrate on the audience and lets Power. Inserting/Embedding Objects ü You may insert objects and files from other applications in Power. Point through Linking or Embedding, Ø Linking a file to Power. Point updates the Power. Point presentation for you when the linked file changes. Ø Embedding a file places a copy of the file in Power. Point and while you may edit the object in Power. Point, when the original file changes Power. Point does not reflect the change. ü Ensure you can access the linked file. ü If you present your presentation on a device that does not have the linked file, Power.
