GEOID 12 A Development • Model is BASED on ellipsoid heights published from NA 2011 project • Proposed stations, different than for GEOID 09, for inclusion/exclusion were distributed to geodetic advisors for review & acceptance/rejection; eg, because location in subsidence area • OPUS-DB results are included • To improve future geoid modeling – Collect GPS data on leveled BMs which are likely to have been stable since they were leveled (1988)
