THE PURPOSE TO CREATE AN AUTOMATED HRMS WITHIN CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM OF RA TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY OF HRM PROCESSES IN PA AGENCIES
MAIN OBJECTIVES • To create centralized database • To create software tool (web platform) for HRM (Internal Systems) • Create a notification system • Compile standard and adhoc-reports • Create web application/portal for external use (External Systems)

COMPETITIONS AND RECRUITMENT (EXTERNAL) SECTION VACANCIES FUNCTIONALITY • Searching, sorting • Filling and submitting the application form • Notifications regarding applications form status and invitation to interview SUBSCRIPTION FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS • Subscription for news, vacancies etc • Receiving the announcement regarding news, vacancies to the e-mail or the dash-board
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT • Creation, editing, archiving of Civil Servants individual training program with relevant credentials • Create the CS’s annual individual training plan, registering the CS in a program and notification • Entry of training, seminar, conference participation results & credentials • Distance learning • Training programs, plans etc
Distance learning platform 5 E-modules on Human Rights have been prepared for managerial and professional positions (UNDP assistance) Protection of Personal Data in the Republic of Armenia Women’s Rights and Gender Equality Mechanisms for International protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Fight Against Discriminati on, Equal Rights Children’s Rights
