BENEFITS: In addition to all of the benefits received at Regional Vice President level*: • You will be paid 1. 0% on all your 4 th level Leaders compensatable sales. • You earn 0. 5% income award on 5 th and all additional level Units • Your picture will be published in the Party. Lite Reflections magazine as a new RSVP. • You will receive your gold and ruby Senior Regional Vice President pin from Party. Lite. • A guest from the Party. Lite Head Office will attend your celebration to present you with a $5, 000 cheque. • You will be featured on the cover of Reflections as a new Senior Regional Vice President. • You will become your own Region, which includes a sense of pride and accomplishment. • A Party. Lite staff person will interview you for your own article in Reflections magazine. • You will be given awesome recognition at National Conference. (RVP’s are ‘stars’ of the Show!). • You will receive the entire product line every time a line comes out (including the Spring line). • You are invited to RVP meetings twice a year to participate in important task forces and training. • You will receive S. I. B. s (Special Incentive Bonuses). For every 1 st level new Leader or New Rank Change you will receive $1, 800. For every 2 nd level new Leader promotion or New Rank Change $1, 350. For every 3 rd level new Leader or New Rank Change $900 and 4 th level $450 for each new Leader or New Rank Change. NOTE * See Profit Programme booklet for further details
STEPS TO SUCCESS : Personally hold a minimum of 6 – 8 Shows every month to maintain your personal business as your No. 1 priority. In all areas of business, LEAD by EXAMPLE. Continue to build a DESIRE for Leadership within your Central Unit and promote the benefits of Leadership all the time. Continue to train on Sponsoring in your Unit Meetings. *Give recognition for sponsoring at your Unit Meetings Inspire your Unit to attend and bring guests at every opportunity. Remember that ALL first level Units come from YOUR Central Unit. Attend and encourage your Unit to attend Consultant training workshops. Keep qualification of the Brite Start programme important within your team. *Give recognition to Brite Start achievers. Be consistent. Personally sponsor 1 - 2 Consultants EVERY month. Work directly with your Cental Unit and first level Leaders. You do NOT need to work with Consultants in your first level Units, let your Leaders do that. Train for strength and you will eventually have a strong Region. Call your Leaders regularly to discuss progress, results, challenges, objections, etc. , to celebrate your success and avoid discouragement. Ensure they are maintaining active Units by recommending 3 New Consultants each month. Track your Central Unit and lineage statistics. Track your personal progress. Your Region is strengthening. Make sure you are training for strength in all area and training your Leaders to do the same.

Then help them book sponsoring appointments and conduct interview with them. D. Coach them to coach their Consultants through Brite Start. Have strong follow-up. E. Talk to your future Leaders often (create an elite group so that they can network and share ideas), and keep it FUN. D. Keep a strong Show Schedule so you can dovetail when needed.
