STEPS TO SUCCESS: Aim to personally hold a minimum of 6 - 8 Shows per month At every Show, select 2 guests that you would like to have in your team, and follow up with a connect call within 24 – 28 hours Showcase 5 Party. Lite opportunities at EVERY Show (ask your Leader how) Attend Consultant Training wherever and whenever possible for own personal development Aim to sponsor 1 – 2 new Consultants per month To ensure your Consultants achieve success from the outset, schedule time to go through the Starter Kit Contents and the Consultant Guide. Next, cover the Start with Success and Brite Start Programmes Inspire others to join you on your journey and invite them to: Come along as guests to Opportunity Meetings, Unit Meetings (And if you do it, your Consultants will follow suit). Schedule a regular business call with your Unit Leader. This is the perfect platform to discuss progress and to celebrate your success and to learn how to overcome challenges to avoid discouragement. Track your personal and New Consultants business activities with the assistance of your up-line. (Sales, Show averages and Sponsoring Progress) Ask your Leader to assist you with your Sponsoring and New Consultant Training.
