The Seed of Eve Genesis 3: 15 The Seed of Woman, the Righteous Seed! Messiah would come from this Seed!

The Righteous Seed Righteousness began with Abel, Noah, then Abram … and ran thru king David’s sons and priest Aaron’s sons. Yeshua would fulfill all Righteousness … Isaiah 16: 5 Isaiah 53: 11 Jeremiah 33: 15, 16 Daniel 9: 24 Matthew 3: 15 Revelation 19: 8

Melchi Zedek Genesis 14: 18 -20 Abram meets Melchi Zedek and receives a King Priest ‘Anointing’ both to himself, and to ‘this Seed’

The Akidah, Genesis 22: 2, 8, 10 -18 Abraham offers up Isaac on Mount Moriah: first mention of love in the Old Testament, with the promise of the coming Messiah; “God will provide Himself the Lamb!” This ram caught by its two horns was offered as ‘a blood sacrifice’ in place of Isaac.

THE AARONIC PRIESTHOOD the four sons of Aaron and Elisheva They are from the tribe of LEVI from their father Aaron Exodus 6: 16, 18 and from the tribe of JUDAH from their mother Elisheva (daughter of Amminadab) Exodus 6: 20, 23; Numbers 1: 7

The Son of David, King Messiah! 1 st Chronicles 17: 7, 11 -14 (2 nd Samuel 7: 8, 12, 13, 16) (Psalm 89: 20 -29, 34 -37; Jeremiah 23: 5, 6 and 33: 17 -21) Tell My servant David, “This is what the LORD Almighty says… I will raise up your offspring after you, who will be of your sons (from Solomon). I will establish His Kingdom. He will build a House for Me! And I will establish His Throne forever. I will be His Father, and He will be My Son… I will set Him over My House, and My Kingdom forever, and His Throne will be established forever!”

High Priest Zadok [‘righteous’] Some years after king David and high priest Zadok, God changed the Aaronic Priesthood, saying that only the sons of Zadok were the only priests allowed to come into the Presence of God, to minister before God and to offer the blood. Zadok’s were Aaronic high priests from 1000 B. C. to about 160 B. C. Ezekiel 43: 18, 19 Ezekiel 44: 15, 16, 23, 24 Ezekiel 40: 46; 45: 4; 48: 11

In the Tent of David, Isaiah 16: 5 the King of Glory reigns! Yeshua sits as King and High Priest of the Melchi Zedek Priesthood, …hastening Righteousness!

The LORD our Righteousness! Jeremiah 33: 14 -26 [18 & 24]; (Jeremiah 23: 5, 6) The LORD says repeatedly that this Man called the Righteous Branch from David will sit on the throne of Israel as King representing David and Levitical priests … making an Eternal Sacrifice; …the two families which God has chosen…

The Branch (Messiah), Zechariah 3: 1 -10 The Angel of the LORD speaks to a Zadok high priest named Yehoshua (‘Yeshua’), [Ezra 3: 2 and Nehemiah 7: 7] and prophesies to him about the coming of God’s Servant, ‘The Branch’, another name for the Messiah. He removes this Zadok high priest’s iniquity and filthy clothes, and clothes him in a clean turban and with royal robes. A Stone with seven eyes is placed before him; and a promise to remove Israel’s land iniquity in a day.

The Branch (Messiah) King - High Priest, Zechariah 6: 11 -13 Many kings crowns are placed on head of Zadok high priest named Yehoshua (‘Yeshua’). God prophesies a second time of the coming of ‘the Branch’, implying His coming through this Zadok high priest family. He builds the LORD’s Temple! He will be King on the Throne, and Priest upon His Throne.

The Inter Testimental period Around 160 B. C. the Zadokite [‘righteous’] priests were removed as high priests from the Jerusalem Temple by the Maccabees, followed by the corruption of the Aaronic priesthood. Zadok priests hid their identity, especially during the reign of king Herod. How would God restore the Zadokite priesthood for Messiah to come to earth?

The Beginning of The New Testament Priest Zechariah and Elisheva Luke 1: 5, 6 Both are from Aaron and both righteous before God. So both are from the Zadokite high priest family. Aaron Zadok How do we know? Zechariah Elisheva

Mystery of priest Zechariah Luke 1: 8 -13 …at the Altar of Incense He was the mystery Zadokite high priest, after about 160 years of violation of God’s word to the sons of Zadok … “Your wife will bear you a son; …call his name Yochanan!”

The Altar of Incense Exodus 30: 7 This is the Aaronic high priest’s position for sprinkling blood

Angel Gabriel appears to Miriam Matthew 1: 18 -24 and Luke 1: 26 -56 After Miriam is told she will have a Baby, a divine Child, ‘the Son of God’, who would reign on the Throne of His father David, she is also then told next by the angel Gabriel of her close relative, Elisheva of Aaron, who is very old and now also pregnant. Miriam leaves Nazareth and her betrothed husband Yosef, and travels perhaps 90 miles in winter, probably in late December, (Haggai 2: 18, 19) to visit her close relative, for her Son will be born on Succot. Elisheva, even though over six months pregnant, gladly receives Miriam in, and for the next three months. [Elisheva is probably Miriam’s aunt, her mother’s sister. ]

Priest Zechariah’s and Elisheva’s words at their son’s circumcision Luke 1: 60, 63, 74, 75 “… serve Him … in holiness and righteousness before Him …” His name is Yochanan!

Why did the LORD say this son had to be named Yochanan? Yochanan was the name of the last Zadokite [‘righteous’] high priest around 160 B. C. , just before the Maccabees removed the Zadok priests from being high priests of the Jerusalem Temple. [Art Scroll Publications, Yoma Edition, Volume 9, Section: ‘Kohanim Gedolim in 1 st and 2 nd Temples!]

Mystery of Yochanan, Luke 1: 60 -63 Behold, I will send you Eliyahu the prophet … He was the last of the Zadokite high priests Isaiah 40: 3 -5, 8 Malachi 3: 1; 2: 7; 4: 5, 6 Matthew 11: 9 -11 Matthew 21: 23 -25, 32 Luke 3: 2 Behold the Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand!

Yochanan baptizes Yeshua in the Jordan River to fulfill all Righteousness! Matthew 3: 14, 15 Luke 20: 2 -4 Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the World!

70 Weeks of Daniel, Daniel 9: 24, 26 Seventy Weeks are determined for your people and for your holy city (Jerusalem) to finish transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in ‘Everlasting Righteousness’, to seal up vision and prophesy, and to anoint the Most Holy Place. And after Sixty Two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself.

The Suffering Servant, the Son of man the Passover Lamb and the Yom Kippur Sacrifice Yeshua, our King and Great High Priest would become the Suffering Servant! He was led as a Lamb to the slaughter … make His soul an offering for sin … Isaiah 52: 10 -15; 53: 1 -12 Zechariah 12: 10 Deuteronomy 32: 43 Hebrews 10: 5 Revelation 13: 8

The Son of Man and the Son of God! Yeshua, who was both the Son of God and Son of man, surrendered His Divinity throughout His earthly walk, and served mainly as a humble Priest, the Son of man, a perfect human Sacrifice, in absolute submission to the Holy Spirit! Yeshua referred to Himself in the Gospels 83 times as ‘Son of man’ but only 5 times as ‘the Son of God’; see Book of John (John 3: 18; 5: 25; 9: 35; 10: 36; 11: 4) “…unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, you have no life in you. ” (John 6: 53) “… who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God … but…humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death on the cross. Philippians 2: 6, 8 “One like the Son of man…came to the Ancient of Days” Daniel 7: 13, 14 “…One like the Son of Man (a Lamb) Revelation 1: 13; 14: 1, 14, 15

The Way of the Bride of Messiah! Yeshua died as ‘the Son of man’ to purchase His Bride! His Blood Sacrifice contains His Life … [Leviticus 17: 11]: fulfillment of David’s and Zadok’s lineage, through Miriam, plus His Divinity as ‘the Son of God’ from His Father. Yeshua will return as ‘the Son of man’ with His Bride. (Matthew 13: 41, 42; 16: 27; 19: 28; 24: 30, 31; 25: 13; Luke 22: 69, 70) Yeshua’s Bride will fulfill the original calling of Adam, to re-establish God’s dominion on the earth; serving others first as God’s humble (high) priests, following the Way of the Cross that our Bridegroom walked, surrendered even to death; later to serve as kings with King-High Priest Yeshua. Genesis 1: 26; Revelation 1: 6 and Revelation 5: 10

Insights into Hebrews 7: 11 -17; (10: 5, 10) This writer did not acknowledge that Yeshua, Melchi Zedek, ‘my King of Righteousness’ and Priest of God Most High through His Father, was also a son of this Zadokite high priest family through His mother. He was never an Aaronic priest, for priesthood was passed from father to son, and His Father is God! Yeshua inherited His bloodline from God, His Father, and from His Mother Miriam. (And not from Yosef!)

Yeshua’s Blood of Atonement The Lord God said He would only accept the blood offering from a priest who is a son of Zadok! Yeshua is a Priest from His Father, a son of Zadok from His mother! Ezekiel 43: 19, Ezekiel 44: 15, 16 Leviticus 17: 11 Exodus 12: 1 -15, Leviticus 16: 29 -33 Yeshua’s Blood on the Mercy Seat The Life of the Flesh (of God) is in the Blood
