D Researchers from the ad hoc list and Researcher in Arts (‘Onderzoeker in de Kunsten’) with a Ph. D; KU Leuven ATP member with highly esteemed scientific qualifications. • Appointment percentages and periods: o o Promoter: with a minimum 50% appointment in promoter statute (except for VIB, NERF and HIVA) for the entire duration of the project. Copromoter: with a minimum 10% appointment in copromoter statute for the entire duration of the project (except for postdocs with approved motivation).

Project based funding – In general Procedure for C 1, C 2 and C 3 o Application forms via the guidelines (mid July 2015) o Declaration of intent: 30 September 2015 o Feedback result declaration of intent (including recommended category): Early December 2015 o (Pre-application in case of external peer review: 15 January 2016) – might be lifted ! o Full application: ± 31 January 2016 (C 3: other timing) o Advice: End of May 2016 at the latest (C 3: other timing) o Start date of the projects: 1 October 2016
