GCL Startphase Erfahrungen aus der Welt-GCL
Spanien • Eine „Equipo Formacion“ auf Nationale Ebene kümmert sich um die „Promotion nach innen“ • Dieses Team steht für die lokale DG/RG zur Verfügung, um die Bildung neue Gruppenbegleiter nach einem 1 -tägigen 6 -Punkte Plan um das ganze Land lokal anzubieten • Themen dieser Ausbildung sind: • • Ignatianische Spiritualität Unterscheidung der Geister Gruppentreffen – Ablauf und Methoden Impulse aus der Welt-GCL und aus der CVX-Spanien Gruppendynamik Elemente einzelne geistliche Begleitung Sozialraum analyse
Spanien • Es gibt eine Vernetzung von Gruppenbegleiter auf Whats. App mit 82 TN, die auf diese Weise Erfahrungen, Beratungen, Zweifel und Probleme, Texte, Dokumente und Methoden austauschen • Jede 2 Jahren gibt es ein Bundestreffen von allen Gruppenbegleiter, als Studientag (z. B. über DEAE - discernir, enviar, acompañar y evaluar - Unterscheiden Senden Begleiten Bewerten) und als Austauschforum über die Erfahrungen in der Startphase und in der Gruppenbegleitung

Spanien Ein Beispiel aus Albacete
Ägypten • In the past we would form a group with a spiritual guide and they start to attend 8 meetings for Pre-communities following the french plan • Then we faced lots of challenges like the members didn't get along or didn't attend the meetings regularly.
Ägypten • So we came with a new idea inspired by our exchange in Buenos Aires and from CLC Spain and we started this year to organize formation meetings for whoever wants to join CLC. The main purpose is to introduce the Ignatian spirituality and its tools plus create diverse meetings where participants can know each other better and prepare themselves to be part of a community. At the end of these meeting we will offer them a small weekend retreat and an evaluation to discern whether they want to join CLC.
Ägypten • If yes, they will form a community with a spiritual guide and we will encourage them to experience the 8 meetings suggested by the French CLC. If they are sure about being a member in CLC, their community will be an official member with a right to vote and everything. We celebrate this event in a holy mass. • At the end of the 8 meetings an individual discernment is taken inside the group. So if majority decides to be part of CLC and one doesn’t feel so, he won’t join but the rest of the group will.
