SCIENCE OF BREATH Always Breath and Exhale from your NOSE not MOUTH and down to Diaphragm (or Abdomen) l Diaphragmatic breathing is at the center of the practice of meditation, which is known to help manage the symptoms of conditions as irritable bowel syndrome, depression and anxiety, and sleeplessness. l Diaphragmatic breathing provides fresh oxygen to every cell of your body, helps you relax, lowers your heart rate, lower your blood pressure, slows your rate of breathing so that it expends less energy, lower your stress levels, and regulate other important bodily processes. l

MEDITATION JOURNEY
You are Citizen of 2 worlds l. A human being is a citizen of two worlds, The world within and the world outside. The external world dissipates energy, but the internal world showers blessings that fill the vacuum created by the external world. l Conquering the inner world is more difficult than succeeding in the kingdom of life in the external world. l Through Meditation, we can develop the ability to have access to both without any confusion.
Meditation is a journey without movement and Meditation is an experience beyond words and Meditation is an “Art of Doing Nothing”
Meditation Several studies conducted around the world have showed that meditation helps slow down the aging process You don't even need to meditate for long every day, and other techniques, such as practicing yoga, Pranayam and mindfulness, can also help. One such study says that practicing meditation on a regular basis protects our chromosomes from degenerating and thus puts a leash on the age clock.
WHAT IS MEDITATION? l As you think so you become l So, let us think about what we can become, becoming which we are content! l It is not riches, beauty, intelligence – not all rich people are happy, not all beautiful people are good, and not all intelligent people are spiritual l So, we meditate on Realizing our REAL NATURE – God-likeness or Self Realization l Meditation is not a technique but a way of life

HOW TO CONTROL THE MIND l Mind is the most difficult thing to control because mind is restless (like a Monkey). WHY? . . . …because our mind and heart is filled with endless desires l Let me show you why? . . . Let us do a small Experiment…. . l How to control the mind through Mantra Meditation (OOOOOO…MMMMMM) l In the true state of MEDITATION or Selfrealization you will be able to control your mind
Body, Breath, Mind and Soul l Body, Breath, Mind and Soul are connected: – Exercise (Outdoor walking) makes you think clearly – Use of Will Power helps you to be disciplined with exercise – Soul or spirit can be freed to experience its real nature, if Body and Mind understand the real Nature of Soul and cooperate – Use the mind to regulate the mind (Use your Will Power) – Use the mind to help the soul expand soar
What happens in meditation? l Mind will wander… Ignore thoughts l Gently come back to the heart and the IDEA l Transmission will be felt – Divine energy comes when a vacuum is created – It can be felt but difficult to describe – Nourishes the soul, soothes the mind and quiets the body – Takes 3 – 6 months before one feels the transmission

Today, meditation is studded with glamour l Jerry Seinfeld: “I’ve been practicing Transcendental Meditation most of my life. I think that does something to your nervous system. It is the ability to sit still and block out all thoughts, while listening to your inner spirit and speaking directly to Source. Meditation can be used to restrain the wandering of the mind and bring you back to full awareness. By helping you to relax, meditation can improve your concentration and relieve stress.
