Personal Growth Candace: Tyler: This project has taught me how to manage my time wisely, and also how to be patient with kids. I plan on being an elementary teacher when I’m older so teaching them was good practice. I also grew in maturity because Tyler and I were the ones in charge, instead of having older people in charge of us. This project has taught me how to work at an efficient pace when we were busy. It also taught me how to manage my time wisely, and it taught me how to work better with people. I too felt like I matured because we were the ones that were in charge, instead of the ones who were taking orders from others.

Conclusion We both enjoyed this project very much, it was in an environment that we were both familiar with and loved. We got to work with nice people when we worked the Fall Festival booth as well. This was a major success for us and we are glad we had the opportunity, because it helped us grow as people.
