January 11 View the screencast training. January 15 Complete the online Screencast Verification Form by this date. Test chairpersons must sign the Grade 3 Reading Portfolio Security Form and fax it to 305 -995 -7522. January 26 May 6 Teachers schedule to administer portfolios to all grade 3 students within the 2 nd semester. Late May Receive 2016 Grade 3 FSA scores. Complete documentation for students being recommended for promotion. Deliver completed forms to Regional Center or appropriate office for approval within 2 days of receiving FSA results. June 3 Pick up packets and notify teachers and parents/guardians of the decision to promote or retain students.
