Behaviour Policy Students need to come to school fully equipped to learn. They need

Behaviour Policy Students need to come to school fully equipped to learn. They need to have all the necessary equipment as per the Year 7 Information booklet. Failure to have the necessary equipment will eventually end in a sanction – this is something we want to avoid. Teachers much prefer handing out Good News Cards and not detentions!

Attendance Policy If you are absent you must: Contact us by 8. 30 am

Attendance Policy If you are absent you must: Contact us by 8. 30 am on the first day of absence. Send a note in with your child to explain the absence on their first day returning to school. Punctuality: The college day starts at 8. 30 am and students should be in school at 8. 20 am, to be ready for registration at that time. Registers are marked at the start of form time and students will receive a late mark if they are not in by this time. Senior staff are at the gate every day and will issue students with a late detention (this takes place at lunchtime) if they arrive between 8. 30 and 8. 50 am. If students arrive after 8. 50 they will need to go to Reception to be signed in and receive a late detention.
