What is balanced diet? Balanced diet means the food from what we will get all components of nutrition ( carbohydrate, protein, vitamin, mineral salts, fat, water etc. ) in proper amount.

The Ways of Food Preservation 1. Sun drying: rice, wheat, pulses, fish etc. 2. In refrigerator: fish , meat, vegetables, fruits etc. 3. In cold storage: vegetables, fishes, meats etc. 4. In airtight pot: jam, jelly, pickles etc. 5. Using salt or ice: fishes. 6. Using vinegar: olives, plums, mangoes etc.
