TYPES OF ORGANIZATION 1. LINE ORGANIZATION: usually use in a small organization. Authority acts as the top manager and commands all subordinate tasks 2. STAF ORGANIZATION: the function of staff is to give advice, in practice there isn’t any pure staff organization 3. LINE AND STAFF ORGANIZATION: consider as the best organization.
