Background 1. There have been a number of issues in recent years concerning the representation levels of teams under the banner of Scottish Water Polo 2. This manifests itself in a number of issues including the de-valuing of the achieving the honour of representing Scotland 3. The issue of team kit is a constant issue 4. The use of social media to present individuals views results in friction between squads, with SWP, with Scottish Swimming and British Swimming 5. This presentation is to present proposal to provide consistence in the operation, management and governance of the squads.
