Gap Reducing at Meadowdale Academy • An online package that assess pupil’s strengths and weaknesses and gives a personalised learning journey • Pupil Premium students are given one lesson per week, supervised by a LSA. • The programme is bought out of the PP Budget and this includes a login for all Year 6 pupils who can access this in their own time • Maths teachers get a wealth of data through Maths-Whizz, including a maths age for each pupil and graphs showing topics mastered and areas that need more development • Also includes extensive teacher resources, such as, interactive lessons, worksheets and assessments

Other online maths resources used: • This does a similar assessment and personal targeted

Other online maths resources used: • This does a similar assessment and personal targeted objectives, though it is mainly questions based, where as, Maths-Whizz has a lesson that the pupils go through • This can be used for free, but the students are limited to 15 stars per day, or 15 correct questions. • This has an extensive library of lessons to be taught in class, parents can assess these at home • Online homework that gives students immediate feedback and we find students will attempt the homework again, to better their score, this would not be the case with paper based work

 • Great for practising multiplication facts, pupils really enjoy playing and answer thousands
