To Motivate or to Inspire? § Various Philosophers, Governments, Military Leaders, and Multinational Companies have tried to define what people need to be satisfied. § Why would they want to figure this out?

Inspiration! § If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can

Motivation! § You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind.
