Morning Prayer � � � We gather as one ……… Let us join our hands and make the sign of the cross……. ‘ In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen’

May : the month devoted to Our Lady We listen Our special intention this week focusses upon our new Sixth Form team. We ask that God will bless them with the leadership skills they will need to guide and mentor those in their community. We also remember all who commence their state exams this week. May God bless them with the skill of recall, coherency and composure. In the gospel reading on Sunday Jesus reminds us that he is our shepherd and we are his flock. Just as he looks after us, we too are called to look after others. Mission Monday? How are we most like Jesus the Shepherd? How do we care for those in our community? How are we most like Jesus? Are we ready to welcome new members to our school community? Do we forgive when others do wrong? Are we willing to share what we have? Do we set a positive example for others?

In Sunday’s gospel Jesus tells us that the sheep that belong to him listen to his voice. We pray that in our daily lives we are never far from his message of love and forgiveness so that we can reap the reward of eternal life which he promises………… Lord hear us ….
