- Are the admission rules appropriate and public? - Are the students aware of their rights and responsibilities? - Do they participate in the different committees and especially in the internal QA process? - Is sufficient tutoring and orientation support provided? - Is there a clear scholarship published system? - Are the extra curricular activities supported?

- Is there enough competent technical and administrative staff to support the different support activities?

-Are the learning outcomes defined for the programmes and courses? - Is the process for the development, evaluation and update of programmes and courses precisely defined and taking into consideration the local needs? - Are the courses and programmes descriptions available to the students? - Is there a part dedicated to ethics, democracy, tolerance, respect of diversity, languages, entrepreneurship …? - Are learning and assessment methods appropriate? ]
