WP 3 EOSC Data Catalogue Services for Pa. N NRIs Background • Metadata catalogues = important tool for Pa. N NRIs and its users to implement Open Research Data policies according to FAIR principles • Many national RIs have already catalogued experiment data (e. g. DLS > 15 PB of user data catalogued from 10 years of operation) • UKRI and PSI are leading partners in the development of metadata catalogues for Pa. N RIs (i. e. ICAT, Sci. Cat) Objectives • Coordinate the adoption and enhancement of metadata catalogues according to the FAIR principles • Link them to the Pa. NDS for and through EOSC will be introduced in the context of employing adapted data stewardship procedures. • Training course materials will be available from dedicated e-learning platforms to reach a larger community of users with a complete and adapted self-learning material.
