The process of how the method or approach took place is the most important part. In your answer you must tell the marker: - WHAT the process looked like. - WHERE and WHEN the process took place. - HOW the process was carried out and/or completed. - Be sure to use descriptive language aiming to write in first person. ‘I sat independently…’ ‘ I would complete this after…. ’ ‘I was videoed and then I completed’

You are tell the examiner what is good but also why it is good. You must provide an example. This example is the reason something is good and it must be specific to the test/tool/approach/method: Permanent record, knowledgeable observer, video, quantitative, qualitative, over 3 matches, all the sub-factors, all the skills, anonymous, etc…. After stating your example you must then tell us why this is good by the means of an impact.
