You are tell the examiner what is good but also why it is good. You must provide an example. This example is the reason something is good and it must be specific to the test/tool/approach/method: Permanent record, knowledgeable observer, video, quantitative, qualitative, over 3 matches, all the sub-factors, all the skills, anonymous, etc…. After stating your example you must then tell us why this is good by the means of an impact.
